General Information
On December 18, 2000, the Waynesville Recreation Center was officially opened, named for Mr. Bob Brannon, a local resident, who began pioneering the building's conception over 30 years ago. The faciity is 64,000 square feet and has a water play park, 1/10 mile rubber walking track, two basketball courts, weight room, aerobics room, spin cycle room, cardio area, two racquetball courts, game room and a multipurpose room that is used for meetings, parties, showers, family reunions, etc.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 5 am to 9 pm (Entire Center); 5:30 am to 8 pm (Pool) 11 am to 7 pm (Water Park)
Saturday: 7 am to 9 pm (Entire Center); 7 am to 7 pm (Pool); 11 am to 7 pm (Water Park)
Sunday: 1 to 7 pm (Entire Center); 1 to 6 pm (Pool); 1 to 6 pm (Water Park)
Corporate Rates
The corporate rate is provided as a service to businesses with five (5) or more employees as members. If total corporate memberships drops below the five (5) employee minimum, a 30 day grace period is allowed to obtain a fifth member. If the business is not readily recognizable in the community, proof of business may be required.
