Francisco Domenech obtained his B.A in Political Science as well as his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. During his studies, Domenech served as President of the General Student Body Council as well as Student Body President of the UPR’s College of Social Sciences. He served as an Academic Senator before the UPR Río Piedras Campus Academic Senate during the 1999-2000 academic year. Throughout his work in politics, Domenech’s political work features a number of roles, such as policy development, fundraising, canvassing, opposition research, voter registration, and campaign management.
Domenech has utilized his skills in politics support a number of philanthropic efforts, such as The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, The Clinton Foundation, the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, the Museo de Arte de Ponce, The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, and the TASIS Dorado Scholarship Fund.
